as you probably know, i love gardening, though i do not have a garden… i have the smallest balcony in the whole world. ok, maybe not the smallest, because i am able to sit down, mr kobe loves to be there during spring and summer days, and i have a few vases… in which i planted cherry tomatoes. and after all these crazy temperatures in october, and finally all this rain in november, i went outside to pick the red cherry tomatoes! but i have a feeling that i “chose” the smallest kind of cherry tomatoes!
and as the newspaper says “prazeres”… which means “pleasures”… this is a small pleasure, to pick from my own balcony something i can eat, is indeed a great pleasure!

How wonderful!
Here in Sweden it has been an unusually warm autumn as well. Even with spring flowers popping up a 2nd time and all the birds that are supposed to move haven’t left yet!
No tomatoes outside though but I’m happy enough to have found some at the supermarket which actually SMELL like tomatoes and TASTE like tomatoes, like real ones, grown in the sunshine, as opposed to the stupid, orange, sour or tasteless balls that are too easy to come by.

I can’t wait to have my own place so I can grow my own little garden. Cherry tomatoes are delicious!

Hey, I have the smallest balcony in the whole world! Don’t you try to steal that trophy from me! :)
I’m trying to grow tiny yellow roses, lavender and rosemary. I do the fresh herbs on the kitchen window and I’ve been dying to try cherry tomatoes but was unsure if whether they would survive. Now you got me more excited about it!
I’ve seen vases of raspberries on a green house and they told me they could grow in it at home if properly taken care. I’m very tempted to try. That would be a glorious feeling, to have my own raspberries! Not to mention how unbelievable expensive they are on stores.
You know what I read the other day? (thank you world wide web!) You can grow small fig trees in vases and they can also live indoors to and give fruit!

Oh, beautiful pictures, by the way. I forgot to mention! :)
