remember me telling you that i had bought a new kind of film to try on my yashica? well… let’s say that i have seen better results! the film was from lomography store. it was a 35mm redscale film, with the interesting fact that you could change between 50-200 and while my holga does not allow me to do that, i can do it with the yashica,. which means that on 50 i will get lighter photos like if they were old… or 200 if i want them with a bit of red tint on them! but as i am a bit of a distracted lady, i kept the reference wrong… so i kept changing from 50 to… 400! which means that the “bit” turned into a “lot” of redness in my pictures. if you consider that most of them were shot in {berlenga} with all the rocky pinkish mountains surrounding us… that might give you a clue of how red they turned out! in 37 i consider the following the less bad!
in 37… 6 are “this good” well, i was never good at math, but that does not seem like a rocking roll of film! or let’s it other way… i might give it a try again… with a post-it on the camera “50-200!!!!!!!” the last one was taken by mr twiggs (with my instructions, of course!) and i believe that in a few months he might be addicted to photography as well… he already asks for the camera once in a while! and this was it for today!
ps. i am on {tumblr}! join me there! a photo-blog dedicated to film photography, my experiences only.

These are beautiful! I’d love to visit there someday. I just received a film camera from a friend of mine and I am so excited to try it out. I may need to pick your brain for some tips sometime. Hope you are well. xoxo, K
