and where else? one of the things that immediately comes to our minds when we think of amsterdam is bikes, because honest be told it’s literally thousands of bikes. it’s such a nice habit and they have such cool bikes! lisbon starts to have the bike thing going one, but come on!? not only we are not fully prepared for bikes, we are considered the city of the seven hills, so ups and downs are not the best match with riding a bike. now on the other hand, amsterdam is perfect for it and everyone rides a bike! so this goes out for the beautiful bikes i found back in december when shooting in amsterdam!
my favourite? this last one! it’s big enough for mr kobe (as if i could ever put him inside!!! ah!), my camera bag, and everything we might need! we might need to go to the grocery shop, or to get some flowers… you know, the usual! or some kids! eventually! did you know that last week, i got teary eyes from watching a woman giving birth on a show on fox life? what is going on?!

oh my, i’m not alone then?! thank goodness!!! i had read that and the photos are so amazing! actually the maternity shoot i did back in december in amsterdam was of a woman who gave birth exactly like this, at home on the water, with a midwife and a doula! thank you for the visit Miss K! ;)

it reminds of oxford in that sense, because the city is flat and with so many students, it’s really the most common transport :)

I love the photos! Nearly a year ago, my husband and I spent some time in Amsterdam and we absolutely loved it! The amount of bicycles parked on the side of a street at any given moment is truly amazing!
