hello there, how are you? is it just me or this week just flew by and the weekend is there already waving at us? i’m just as happy to have the weekend there, but with all the work and things to be done, well… a couple more days wouldn’t hurt! oh my, i’m just asking for more business days in a week, i might not be feeling well! ah! so olive box again? didn’t i feature them a few weeks ago?
well yes, but last week i had the pleasure of receiving my own olive box at home, so i had to share the pleasure and excitement with you! and maybe this way, and not just because olive box is a sponsor, but because o truly love this project, maybe this will be a great idea for that christmas gift you’re wondering? if it’s me you’re wondering about, i can only say thank you!
so as you see the november box was filled with nice paper goodies and these beautiful pencils! but i must confess that there were three things i loved the most about this box! and in a sense of review of olive box, here are the three most loved aspects!
1) the handwritten note by grace herself! as an etsy seller i always write a personalized note to mys customers. i know that this is something they will enjoy, and not just a handwritten thank you, it’s more than that! and now that i was the one receiving it, it felt good!
2) the lisa congdon limited edition print – folk house. i’ve been a fan of lisa’s work for a while, but holding a print that is a limited edition? that’s even better! the postcard with her info was also so pretty!
3) last, but not least the postcards by quill & the fox! oh i love their work so much! i’ve been following them on etsy and i always recognize their work, because they have this particular colour palette and design that is so theirs!
the overall experience of receiving a box with something we are about to discover is indeed delightful. i can see why these boxes have so much success! the wrapping tissue paper, the way things are carefully put inside and the notes and little envelopes with heart stickers… well it just makes you feel special and there is this sense of never-ending surprises! if you are a paper lover, i would certainly recommend this surprise box! so if you want to know more about olive box, just browse this post to know all about it! and if you also want to give it a go on being a sponsor, browse here and ask for details!
