hello there, how was your weekend my friends? a lot of fun things or restful moments? i was lucky to have both and work as well, which in these days, i can only see that as a very good thing! so to start our week in a very pleasant way, let’s start with some greenery, shall we? as you might know, we’ve recently moved to another house, a much bigger house and if i was already such a fan of having plants around, this time with more space, more plants and different way of showcasing the plants is on my wishlist/to-do list! i already have some succulents around, but i really want some terrariums around the place. so this week, monday’s favourites is all about terrariums and how they add so much character and a natural tone to your place.
some of my favourites are from score and solder who have several designs, a very pretty look-book, photographed by colin leaman and styled by julia sadler, with several pictures where you can see how terrariums can be styled in different ways, some really simple, others playing a strong role on a room, but always looking beautifully connected with everything else.
you can also sneak-peek this house tour on design sponge, where plants play a very interesting role on every room, and this article on apartment therapy for diy terrariums and bought ones. and how about you? are you a plant person yourself? do you like to have plants inside or not that comfortable with the responsibility?
