advertising season is open!

hello there again folks! happy sunday! how is your day going? it’s labor day weekend for my fellow american readers, right? i love long weekends! so now that it’s september (and i have a brand new blog), i’m ready to get new sponsors on the blog, so if you’re looking for a rad place to show your products or your blog, this is your place! i’ve been hosting advertising spots for almost two years and always kept the rates really friendly for the small business owners and i’ll keep it that way! however i would love to add something to this post, regarding sponsorship!

there is a brand new place on the sidebar which says “affiliated links”, now what the heck are affiliated links? well, some blogs are open about this, others may not be that open, but affiliated links are links to something online where you can buy things (like online shops). hosting these links means that if you click on any of those links and actually buy something from there, i’ll be rewarded, and you won’t pay anything extra on your end. the thing is i thought about this for quite a while (make that months or almost a year) and i’ve decided to host these links, because i spend a lot of time and dedication to this blog. and it doesn’t hurt to be financially rewarded to do something that we love to do (that is actually what we all look for, right?), and though some readers cringe to these links, i believe that you will understand that these links actually mean something for me as a customer as well. this means that i’ll host links that will be meaningful to me, because i was a costumer already, or because i’d love to be (think antropologie, for example!). so asides from the sponsors, i’ll host several links as affiliated links.

however, i want you to be also sure that i will always provide you with my most honest opinion on everything, and not because i’m being paid to, or to just get you to buy something from some place i really don’t know much about either. that will never ever happen! promise! it’s just not the point with this blog.

so now that you know this, i can get to the point of this post, call for all sponsors to this blog, this is your turn to say why are you so good and what your business/blog is all about! just email me for rates and let’s get the business going on, getting ready for the holiday season just ahead (yes, yes, you think christmas is far away, but for real, it’s not!).
