we all know kinfolk and i bet that all over the blog world there is a ton of fans of this magazine with such a unique voice. it’s filled with great stories, fabulous places and delightful photography. but as in the past month of june i found another exquisite creative, peggy wong, i was surprised to found another magazine for which i would fall in love – wayfare.
peggy is, among other things, a photographer and was more recently chose to be creative director of this magazine. the summer issue was out two weeks ago and i wish i could hold this in my hands to take with me on vacations! first this image! tell me, isn’t this the most amazing thing? a road-trip through new-zeland on a yellow classic camper! and this image for itself is so gorgeous. i wish i could have taken this picture and i wish even more to have been there! so if you like to travel, don’t forget to read the magazine here! max wanger, one of my favourite photographers is also a guest with his wife, sharing their ideas and experiences on traveling these last few years! definitely a bookmark for those who love to travel… even if you do it inside your living-room, in front of your laptop!

note: this is a part of the august break, which means that i’ll be blogging on a lighter mode, no usual features, just pictures and a few words! remember that on the last week the blog will shut down for a new look! looking forward to it!

I love the concept of Wayfare magazine. It’s a little understated compared to Kinfolk, but I think it’s mostly because it’s still very new. I can’t wait to see how it develops! (Btw. I’m soon heading for a 6 months exhange semester Universidade Catolica de Lisboa. I can’t wait, and I will go trough all your pages for the Lisbon city guide as a preparation :)
