tofu soup with pea shoots and radish from liren of kitchen confidante – nothing says spring like the appearance of pea shoots and radishes at the market. both are shining examples of the fresh flavors of the season. liren tells us the pea shoots are almost like noodles in this light broth and this light cleansing soup has all the nutrients and lightness your body is yearning for without weighing you down.
