hello there my friends, how are you doing? how was your weekend? i spent a very delightful saturday… and then on sunday i was on another craft fair {here}! it was such a lovely day! less people than the previous one, but still there was a nice mood there… live music, people wandering… asking… eating ice-creams… a fabulous summer day, though we are almost in the middle of october! and i was very happy to catch up with some friends that i had not seen in ages! well, but now i want to share the work of someone whose work i have been following for a while, which inspires me very much. now that i have started scheduling photo sessions… and it has been such a wonderful experience, i find myself looking through the work of those who i admire the most with a new set of eyes! i think it works this way, right? every time we see something, if we are willing to learn, we will see different things, we will search for different aspects and details. and that is what makes us learn. our keen eye for detail! {stephanie pana} is one of those photographers i admire. she is a very young photographer from illinois, but still very mature about her work.

“ever changing and ever lasting.”  that’s exactly what photography means to me. as i grow and change, my work will follow along. it’s something that can carry me through life and every moment in my future as an adult. i am twenty-two years young and have been at this life called photography since 2006 and officially claimed myself as a photographer in 2010. i’m finally confident in what i do with my camera and how my visions are portrayed. i constantly see new ways and ideas which makes this the ever changing part of photography. look back at my work six months ago and it’s already changing!”

so, what do you think? of course that all photographers play with light and try to catch it the best way possible. we try to achieve a certain mood with our portraiture and play with our subject, environment and light, in order to get the exact result we are looking for. and i think that stephanie does that in the most perfect way, and of course, we all have our personal style… style that we actually pursue during our journey, but i relate myself a lot with stephanie’s style. playing with light… sometimes in the shade… you can find more about stephanie on her {blog}, {facebook}, {flickr}… and if you live anywhere near her… why not schedule a photo session with her? all information is {here}!
