hello dear friends, how are you doing today? how was your weekend? mine was really pleasant… one small photo session on saturday + one surf championship on sunday, where i stood next to the most famous and well-known surfers in the world. i am not a surf fan, like mr twiggs is, but i am a fan. he loves surf and bodyboard. i like to watch and feel particularly excited when the championship arrives in portugal, more particularly in peniche, where mr twiggs was raised and where we spend most of our weekends. i like to watch the waves… the surfers playing in the water… and yesterday was a huge day. as i do not have a zoom lens, and i was more interested in getting close-ups of the surfers as they were going to their heats, i spent all afternoon standing up next to them taking pictures. i would have loved an invitation to sit and a coffee, but i had no luck! well, but now it is monday, we are back in lisbon and the week has started… and today, though i suffered from severe lack of concentration and almost a creativity rut, i am going to start introducing the sneak-peek for today… {whitney deal}. whitney deal is, asides from a very interesting {blogger}, a {designer} + {photographer}.
1) pearl dress
a few months ago she introduced her new line of wedding, bridesmaid and garden dresses for fall 2011. and all the dresses are gorgeous, soft and delicate. asides from all the fabulous details, like {twigs & honey} with hair accessories and {seichelles} for gorgeous shoes, photography is also remarkable. they have created a smooth scene around the models… along with soft pastel colours… soft make-up and stunning, almost romantic, hair style.
