hello dear friends, how are you doing today? it is friday… and for all of you that live in lisbon, we are having a sunny rocking day, aren’t we? it sure does feel that spring is coming soon! today’s post is coming a little later than usual, but today was the day i had decided to take care of all paperwork from unemployment and well… public services, know what this means? it means that there is always some paper missing and you can’t take care of what you thought you would! so… going back and forth and i actually came home after 5h almost for nothing. i just hope that on monday this will all be over… please, please!
today i am also very thrilled because i will share with you a delicious recipe! this is another one of those recipes that i will make sure to try this next week! i met today’s guest in a very curious way! {this} friend of mine, that was already a guest {here} before, was a guest {here}… my friend published the link on facebook for her interview, i went there to read what was an amazing interview and got to meet… sanda from {little upside down cake}. i invited her to be here and she said yes… to a delicious recipe for you… for me… for us.
“hello i’m sanda and i adore everything associated with cooking! i was raised in yugoslavia around a large family where food was our core. my childhood memories smell of fresh bread and vanilla and the best moments were spent alongside my mother taste testing… today, i live in portugal and my kitchen always takes me home again — it is where i can relax, be myself, and see those i love happily eating what i’ve prepared.”
sanda’s recipes are delicious and above all she only uses 100% biological ingredients… which makes everything taste better! you can also find more of sanda’s work on her {blog}. please delight yourself… indulge in something delicious! thank you so much sanda! i just loved the way you prepared this recipe… made everything look even better! will try this recipe and let you know the results! oh my, this was a risky promise!

You don’t say what quantity of blueberries in the recipe. Also, your recipe font is really hard to read. Can you add a print-ready recipe feature?
