hello dear friends, how are you doing? i have been here so entertained at home doing some new things (i’ll share with you later) that almost forgot about writing today… and there are pretty good stories to share today. to start, another love story. this time by lady éadaoin from {city of blackbirds}. let’s know more about éadaoin and what she thinks about love, shall we?
“my name is éadaoin and i live in dublin, ireland. i study music full time while also working part time as a library assistant. in my spare time you’ll generally find me with a camera or a cupcake in hand!!”
love is… butterflies in your tummy, goodnight kisses and knowing when to say sorry!
how old were you when you fell in love for the first time? the first real crush i remember was when i was around 14. but the first time i ever felt love so great it blew me away was with my husband, daniel, when we first began to fall in love over 5 years ago.
describe your loved one in three words. handsome, intelligent, hillarious!
what was your most romantic gesture? it might not sound like much of a gesture, but gathering up the courage to tell daniel I wanted to be more than a friend to him was possibly the most difficult and romantic thing i have ever done. but considering he’s now my husband it’s definitely the best gesture i have ever made!
what is the most romantic movie ever? it has to be pride and prejudice, the one with kiera knightly and matthew macFayden. i think it’s my favourite movie of all time, so beautifully shot and with a wonderful sound track. no matter how many times i ask Daniel to watch it with me, he never says no as he knows how much i love it, i think that’s pretty sweet of him!
how sweet are these? i believe that éadaoin had the most romantic wedding and i sure loved the cupcakes table… it really matched her self-description, doesn’t it? these photos are from their wedding almost a year ago. if you didn’t know éadaoin already, i sure advise you to sneak-peek into her {blog} & her {new project}. they are lovely and feature some talented artists, highlighting “creative folks in ireland and uk”.

love those photos…so lovely!i think my favorite might just be all those cupcakes lined up and stacked, like and ancient city of old with towers and many stone steps. what a nice idea, instead of the traditional cake. thanks for this post. i enjoyed it :) your photos are wonderful, by the way. i saw them on etsy recently :)

I love how almost everybody choose Joe Wright version of P&P as favourite romantic movie.
Just checked her blog yesterday and it’s lovable. highly recommend it
