following the tradition, every monday i gather some of the most beautiful images gathered in one exquisite {flickr group}, today i felt inspired by some opinions concerning a white christmas + traditional chritmasses… with a little bit of red and green.
1. rain+snow=a mess., 2. 124/365 :: little winter roe-deer, 3. 1511, 4. The first white carpet, 5. my first “real” Christmas, 6. Within your heart, keep one still, secret spot where dreams may go ♥, 7. s i l v e r, 8. Be strong .., 9. christmas past
what are your preferences concerning christmas decorations? well, i must confess that although i love a {white christmas} (or was not i a lady that loves scandinavian interior style) but on christmas i am just a traditional lady, and i rather see warm lights, with a bit of nature and red details around the house.
i was going to decorate my tree today, but as i ended up with a busy day, though trying to make it a relaxed one, and that was not possible. tomorrow i will spend my entire day cooking + baking (i must find some original recipe for my birthday “cake” tomorrow)… wednesday is a religious holiday, so i believe that i will have a tree by wednesday! yet, this is what i have got so far at home…
+ a very skinny wreath i made from these…
i am not sure if i am going to share the wreath, because it keeps raining and days are really dark… but i will try! well, small tiny apartment, but i feel it warm!
have a great monday sweet friends!
+ if you have any advice on original birthday cakes… let me know! i was thinking about several cupcakes! why not?

I like traditional too!! RED & GREEN :)
As for the cake, you should make a bunch of cupcakes! They're the best :)
She has great ideas:http://www.ericasweettooth.com/2010/07/smores-cookies.html

Ou um cupcake gigante para ti(para pôr as velas=)) e depois uns cupcakes bébes! A decoração ainda não é muito mas o aroma já é de Natal! Eu também só devo montar a minha árvore na 4a! Boa estadia na cozinha amanhã, "homemade stuff are always the best"!
Um beijinho.

I'm still trying to decide what to do… Since this is the 1st Xmas of my baby-boy, we are thrilled, but something tells me that we'll go traditional too.
I hope my little place looks as warm as yours Claudia. Every detail is so sweet! Have a great day tomorrow and Happy B-Day!
p.s. Thanks again for including my pic in your mosaic. It's a gorgeous collection.
